IMS Daily Update

SPACE data will now be submitted to the IMS on a daily basis. Please be aware of the following:

There is a new tab within the Frame Details page on the website and a new IMS Data Status page where SPACE users can monitor their frames’ IMS upload history.

The latest possible SPACE deadlines for Route submissions will now be 8pm (UK time) the day before the IMS deadline, but please note that there is a limit on the volume of data the IMS will accept each night. This means we can’t guarantee the data will get transferred the same day as your data is edited in SPACE, therefore we recommend you allow more time.

If SPACE users require a frame to be deleted due to error this will need to be completed by 8pm (UK time) the same day the frame was created, any frame deletions requested after this time will be refused and frames must be marked as closed (out of charge) instead.
