Q1 2026 School Proximity data now live

Please be informed that the school proximity data on SPACE for Q1 2026 has now gone live.
There are a few important updates to be aware of:
The dataset is now sourced from the Ordnance Survey National Geographic Database (OS NGD) Land Use Features and will be updated quarterly rather than annually.
Higher Education schools and Universities that solely contain students aged 18+ have now been excluded. Higher Education Schools that also contain students aged under 18's will continue to be included.
As usual, these updates apply only to frames in non-moving environments. For API users: school proximity has its own Update Date Time field. This is separate from a frame’s Update Date Time, which remains unchanged.
